 MAPAS, appetizers with a Maine twist    75.00  3:00 to 5:00
Well, they aren’t exactly tapas so we are calling them Mapas. Use our Mapas to guide you through entertaining or just a snack for yourself in this fast paced class. You will learn appetizers or snacks and  a dessert bite using Maine ingredients like lobster, seafood, blueberries and seasonal vegetables when possible. Maine appetizers, it isn’t tapas  it’s MAPAS. Yes, you get to taste them and surely help. 2 hrs.

3:00 to 5:00pm 75.00  Maine Historic Colonial Desserts.  

Fool? Grunt, Slump, Cobbler or Buckle? Learn the history and differences of these desserts that date back to when people ate fruit desserts that were in season. Learn, taste, and volunteer to help chef make a few. Will bring your family comfort from the past when you make them at home.
